Godfrey & Hicks were pleased to hand the completed house back to the homeowner following a devastating fire, the Grade I Listed building was painstakingly re-built utilising traditional techniques to resurrect this family home to its former glory.

Completion of a the new £2m, William Collyn Community Centre in Girton. The project was delivered under budget and the building has now been handed to the Client ahead of their launch and opening in early 2019!
